The Role
Achieve operational excellence as our next Production Manager. You'll lead a team to drive results, ensuring smooth workflow, compliance, and safety standards are met. Collaborate with R&D, Quality, and Supply Chain teams to deliver high-quality outcomes worldwide.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a production team to achieve KPIs and deliver operational excellence
- Oversee daily production schedules and workflow, ensuring targets are met
- Drive a strong safety-first culture and ensure adherence to WHS and environmental requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless production and continuous improvement
- Implement lean manufacturing practices and identify opportunities for efficiency and cost optimisation
- Monitor equipment performance, coordinate maintenance, and manage downtime effectively
- Prepare and present regular production reports and updates to senior management
