We are seeking a seasoned leader to oversee our day-to-day operations and drive growth within the business.

As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of approximately 20 people, ensuring all production operations run efficiently and effectively, and providing exceptional customer service. Your duties and responsibilities will include;
- Overseeing the day-to-day activities of the team
- Ensuring all processes are running smoothly and efficiently
- Developing annual budget reports, monitoring inventory management, and delivering sustainable production targets
- Adhering to site, regional, and national safety procedures, policies, and standards.

You will have:
- Proven experience in a manufacturing environment
- Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and manage a team
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
