Senior Financial Services Regulation Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Financial Services Regulatory expert to fill a key position at our organisation.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in financial services regulation and be able to work closely with our team to provide advice on a range of regulatory matters.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A minimum of 2-5 years' experience in financial services regulation;
- Strong knowledge of Australian financial services law, including the Corporations Act and the Banking Act;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
Our team works across various areas, including licensing obligations, product design and distribution, anti-money laundering, consumer protection obligations, and advice on regulatory breaches relating to APRA and ASIC.
