Job Description

This senior customer support role involves working closely with relationship managers to deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will be responsible for supporting these teams in all aspects of service, compliance, processes, systems, and governance.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with relationship managers to achieve high-quality customer delivery
  • Conducting thorough financial analysis and developing tailored customer strategies
  • Maintaining a professional profile in the market by staying up-to-date on customer industries and markets
  • Fostering effective collaboration with internal work functions and stakeholders
  • Demonstrating strong values alignment with customers and colleagues
Requirements
  • Demonstrated expertise in financial literacy, analytical skills, and commercial acumen
  • Able to assess and interpret complex financial trends
  • Prior experience in building robust relationships in customer delivery/customer experience roles
  • Sound understanding of structuring security arrangements
  • Experience in the banking industry is advantageous but not essential
  • Accounting or finance degree or equivalent (though not strictly necessary)
