Workforce Management Expert

As a Workforce Management Expert, you will play a key role in delivering excellence in workforce performance by:

- Providing high-level advice and support to senior leaders and regional practitioners on complex workforce management matters
- Focusing on early intervention and resolution
- Developing strategic partnerships and driving best practice workforce management practices
- Collaborating with other teams within the organization to ensure integrated service delivery
- Sharing knowledge and expertise to coach and develop others.

We are seeking applicants who possess the following key attributes:

- Demonstrated knowledge of employment legislation and workforce frameworks that enables the development of appropriate strategies to manage individual employment matters.
- Demonstrated experience in partnering with managers to provide high-level technical and strategic advice in relation to complex and sensitive employment-related issues.
- Demonstrated conceptual, analytical, and problem-solving skills to diagnose issues and provide quality advice and solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain productive relationships and liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- The incumbent may be required to travel on official business and possession of a C-class driver's license may be required.
- Whilst not mandatory, possession of tertiary or postgraduate qualifications in human resources or another relevant discipline will be highly regarded.
