Technical Service Lead

The role of Technical Service Lead involves overseeing the delivery of high-quality technical services to clients nationwide. This includes managing and coordinating a team of skilled technicians, ensuring that all technical service jobs are completed efficiently and effectively.

This position requires strong technical service experience, as well as excellent fault-finding skills and a natural ability to find solutions to complex problems with clients' equipment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing and overseeing all technical service operations nationally.
  • Coordinating and managing a small but skilled technical service team.
  • Maintaining the commercial viability of the technical service operation.
  • Installation and commissioning of new equipment at client sites.
  • Breakdown repair, fault finding, and problem-solving.

Required qualifications for this position include:

  • Strong technical service experience covering service, maintenance, repair, and installation of complex technical equipment.

  • Commercial awareness and ability to ensure quality outcomes for clients.
  • Comfortable working at client premises.
