Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Functional Consultant to lead the design, delivery, and support of platform implementations in collaboration with customers.

As a senior functional consultant, you will be responsible for leading teams and implementing CRM systems with a deep understanding of Sales, Service, and Marketing principles. You will provide hands-on support for consulting activities and work closely with customers to deliver successful projects.

The ideal candidate will have excellent knowledge of D365 CE platforms across modules and proficiency with Power Platform tools (Power Apps, PCF, etc.). Experience across multiple industries or segments is also highly desirable. Additionally, the candidate should have strong presentation, communication, business analysis, CI/CD, DevOps, and data manipulation skills.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Leading Teams and Implementing CRM Systems:
  • Deep understanding of Sales, Service, and Marketing principles.
  • Experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CRM) & Power Platforms.
  • Strong presentation, communication, business analysis, CI/CD, DevOps, and data manipulation skills.
  • Technical Requirements:
  • Excellent knowledge of D365 CE platforms across modules.
  • Proficiency with Power Platform tools (Power Apps, PCF, etc.).
  • Experience across multiple industries or segments.
  • Understanding of common business issues and Agile delivery.
  • Additional Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of D365 FinOps or BC applications is a plus.
  • 7+ years of D365 Platform experience.
