Job Opportunity

We're seeking a talented Dynamics 365 Technical Consultant to join our team.

This role will involve working on challenging, hands-on projects with Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform – delivering smart, scalable solutions that drive client progress.

You'll collaborate closely with colleagues who value technical expertise, practical problem-solving, and continuous learning.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Design, implement, and customize solutions in Dynamics 365 CE (on-prem and online)
  2. Develop using C#, .NET, JavaScript, Power Platform, and Azure services
  3. Create and manage entities, forms, views, and workflows
  4. Extend D365 with plugins, custom workflow activities, or JavaScript as needed
  5. Build Power Automate flows and contribute to Power Apps solutions
  6. Support solution design, backlog refinement, and agile delivery practices
  7. Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand and deliver on business requirements
  8. Work with project teams including business analysts, consultants, and testers
  9. Support presales activities
  10. Stay current with platform updates, tooling, and modern approaches to Dynamics development
Requirements:
  1. 4+ years experience delivering solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE (on-prem and cloud)
  2. .NET/C# skills for plugin or extension development
  3. Hands-on knowledge of configuring forms, views, business rules, and workflows
  4. Familiarity with Power Platform (Power Automate and model-driven apps)
  5. Experience with Power Pages, Project Operations, Sales, Customer Service, or Field Service
  6. A strong understanding of system integration and customization approaches
  7. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a project team
  8. Experience with DevOps/ALM practices and CI/CD pipelines is a bonus
