Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the implementation of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CRM) and Power Platforms across various industries and segments.
  • Develop and deliver consulting activities, ensuring seamless customer experiences.
  • Mentor and manage a team of functional consultants, fostering growth and development within the organization.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in leading teams and implementing CRM systems, with a deep understanding of Sales, Service, and Marketing principles.
  • Hands-on expertise in Dynamics 365 CE platforms across modules, as well as proficiency in Power Platform tools (Power Apps, PCF, etc.).
  • 7+ years of experience in D365 Platform, consultancy/delivery, project ownership/team leadership, and Agile delivery.
  • Strong presentation, communication, business analysis, CI/CD, DevOps, and data manipulation skills.
