The Role

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Commercial Property Manager/Trust Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our commercial and retail management department, you will be responsible for:

  • Meeting financial and performance targets
  • Liaising with stakeholders to provide exceptional asset management
  • Executing lease renewals and annual rent reviews
  • Developing tenant retention strategies
