
Customer Support Team Lead

We are seeking an experienced and skilled individual to lead our Customer Support & Recoveries team.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in collections, credit risk management, and customer service. They will be responsible for achieving agreed performance targets, identifying training requirements, providing coaching, and motivating staff to deliver high-quality customer service.
- Credit account monitoring and maintenance
- Minimising delinquent customer facilities and keeping bad debt at acceptable levels
- Hardship assessment and assistance to vulnerable customers
- Leadership of the Customer Support & Recoveries team
- Performance target achievement
- Training needs identification and provision
- Staff motivation and development
