Role Overview

Guide the store team in fostering a sales-driven environment and achieving sustainable sales growth.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Enhance the knowledge and skills of Warehouse and Administration teams
  • Cultivate a welcoming store atmosphere to ensure a superior customer experience and effectively address any customer concerns
  • Guarantee that the store adheres to all compliance and regulatory standards
  • Supervise store operations to ensure alignment with the company's core policies and standard operating procedures
  • Establish and manage efficient warehouse inventory control processes and systems
