The Role

We're seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead our store team and drive sales growth. As a key member of our leadership team, you'll be responsible for creating a sales-focused culture, delivering profitable sales growth, and ensuring our store meets all compliance and legislative requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to improve sales performance and customer satisfaction
  • Lead and motivate the Warehouse and Administration teams to achieve their goals
  • Ensure effective inventory management processes and systems are in place
  • Monitor store activities to ensure alignment with our core policies and standard operating procedures
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve customer experiences
