Job Opportunity

We are seeking a dynamic professional to take ownership of our people technology ecosystem, driving the stability and future transformation of our core HR systems.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Drive the stability and optimisation of our core HRIS, SAP SuccessFactors, and supporting HR tools.
  2. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and implement process improvements.
  3. Develop and maintain technical requirements for HR systems and tools.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Experience in HRIS implementation and support.
  • Technical knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors and other HR tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
