About BOQ Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Relationship Executive to join our Commercial team in Perth. As a Relationship Executive, you will be responsible for originating, retaining, and managing a portfolio of clients.

You will work closely with a dedicated analyst to manage a Health specialist portfolio and be responsible for promoting our commercial product offering to core clients.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing tailored solutions for clients to meet their financial objectives
  • Consistently meeting and/or exceeding individual margin and volume targets
  • Driving the direction and performance of the Specialist team, including client acquisition, volume/margin, and primary client relationship and satisfaction
  • Partnering with the Associate Relationship Manager to develop ongoing and quality client relationships
  • Managing relationships with clients and leveraging internal resources to maximise client satisfaction and retention
  • Working with clients' accountants to understand financial objectives and help implement plans to realise these objectives

About You

We are looking for a candidate with previous experience in commercial lending, tertiary education, and small business experience. You should be a team player with analytical skills and the ability to meet KPI targets.
