Job DescriptionOaks Hotels, Resorts & Suites are looking for aCluster General Manager to lead multiple teams across a portfolio of properties, including Cairns, Townsville and Port Douglas.
In this pivotal role, you will bring strategic vision, operational expertise, and a people-first mindset to drive commercial success and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
The ideal candidate will have a strong backgroundin Senior Hotel Management and will lead by example and empower their teams to achieve success.
Key Responsibilities Include: Oversee day-to-day profitability, presentation and operations of multiple properties Play a crucial role in coaching, developing and managing the property teams to achieve their highest potential Analyse data to drive revenue, improve Rev PAR, and reduce operational costs Maintain accountability for the overall efficiency and performance of the properties Manage body corporate and guest relations while maintaining compliance with brand, safety, and sustainability standards QualificationsTo be successful in this role you will have: Extensive experience in multi-property or senior hotel management Demonstrated financial acumen, with a strong focus on driving revenue Strategic business acumen and commercial reality A proven track record of maintaining excellent product and service standards whilst maximising revenue and minimising expenses Demonstrated achievement in recruiting, driving and supporting teams to ensure a high performing team culture including an extensive portfolio in successful coaching and development Passion for innovation, operational excellence, and guest satisfaction Clear and confident communication, both written and verbal Committed to continuous improvement and adaptable in a fast-paced environment Additional InformationAt Minor Hotels, we value our people as the heart of our success.
