Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a passionate Educator to join our Outside School Hours Care team located in North Parramatta. The successful candidate will provide high-quality education and care to children from kindergarten to Year 6, supporting their learning outcomes in accordance with the National Quality Standards and learning framework.

Responsibilities:
  • Supervise children and ensure their safety
  • Support the ongoing development of the children
  • Participate in all aspects of the day-to-day running of the centre
  • Foster relationships with families and children throughout the centre
Requirements:
  • Be passionate about working with all age groups
  • Have a good knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework - My Time Our Place and the National Quality Framework
  • Have the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, families and community members
  • Believe in positive team spirit and be adaptable, empathetic and resourceful
