About the Role

This position is an integral part of our childcare team, reporting directly to the Director of Childcare. You will be responsible for supporting children's learning and development, contributing to the educational program and practice as well as assisting with the delivery of an approved learning framework.

We offer comprehensive training and support to help you achieve your qualification, backed by experienced and passionate staff.

Our centre provides a high-quality early childhood program for children aged 6 months to school years in a nurturing environment that fosters children's sense of wellbeing and personal confidence.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Support children's learning and development
  • Contribute to the educational program and practice
  • Assist with the delivery of an approved learning framework
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve program goals

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Possession of or willingness to obtain Cert III in Early Childhood Education and Care
  • Previous experience working with infants, toddlers and preschool aged children is highly desirable
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential
  • A commitment to ongoing learning and professional development
