**Job Title:** Early Childhood Education Specialist

The Early Childhood Education Specialist will work collaboratively with the Childcare Coordinator to lead the development and implementation of an effective educational program in all Rainbow Region Kids services. This position is responsible for maintaining a safe, inclusive, and positive environment for all children and their families.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist Educators in leading the development and implementation of an effective educational program that caters to diverse learning needs and promotes early childhood development.
  • Contribute to creating a safe, inclusive, and positive environment by fostering open communication, empathy, and respect among children, families, and staff members.
  • Support Afterschool care programs and Vacation Care to ensure child safety and well-being, while promoting quality interactions and engaging activities.
  • Provide guidance and instruction to the Supported Playgroup Facilitator, focusing on play-based learning, child-centered approaches, and collaborative partnerships.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
