Early Childhood Educator Trainee Position

We are seeking passionate and dedicated individuals to join our Early Childhood Educator Trainee Program. This is an excellent opportunity for those interested in making a positive impact on the lives of young children and their families.

The successful candidate will work as part of a team to provide high-quality education and care, observing and implementing centre policies, procedures, values, and philosophies. As an Educator in Training, you will be responsible for supporting children's development and physical care while learning about practice through nurturing relationships and positive interactions.

As a valued member of our team, you will support educators to observe and document children's learning and development and assist in the day-to-day operation of the room. Key Requirements
