Job Title:

We are seeking a skilled Accounts Receivable Specialist

This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday with flexible starting times and hybrid working.

  • Manage debt for sales channels on a national level, focusing on following up on and receiving payments to overdue invoices
  • Communicate details to customers in a timely and accurate manner via email and/or phone
  • Provide solutions to problems that arise and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Key Responsibilities:

  • Negotiate and collect outstanding debts from customers
  • Process and manage invoices, including follow-up communications with customers
  • Maintain accurate records and reports related to accounts receivable
  • Identify and resolve discrepancies or issues related to accounts receivable

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in accounts receivable, preferably in a similar industry
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Intermediate MS Excel knowledge
  • Familiarity with SAP or similar accounting software
