About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Facilities Manager to join our Real Estate Management division. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing key relationships with tenants and service providers, while also making recommendations to improve the environmental performance of our clients' assets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage budgets effectively and contribute to investment plans to maximise asset values
  • Control costs and expenditure, ensuring compliance with engineering standards
  • Develop strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including tenants, clients, contractors and colleagues
  • Review monthly operating expenditure against budget and produce client reports as required
  • Ensure all planned preventative maintenance is executed in accordance with schedules

Requirements:

  • Facilities, Engineering or Building Management experience in a commercial or retail environment
  • Strong time management skills, including the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise
  • Experience using computer-based building maintenance and management systems
  • Ability to build trusted relationships with all stakeholders
  • Strong written and verbal communication
