Job Title: Trade Marketing Specialist
The role of Trade Marketing Specialist is critical within the marketing department, with key responsibilities including:

  • Driving growth across the salon and department store network through performance-led campaigns.
  • Supporting the expansion of the brand's premium salon and department store franchise network by developing tailored marketing strategies.
  • Creating new franchise marketing initiatives to position the brand as a leading name in the salon space.
  • Leading cross-functional projects between Marketing and Sales teams.

The ideal candidate will possess:
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in mid-level marketing roles.
  • Previous B2B marketing experience, with a solid understanding of B2B audiences and markets.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience in presenting to multiple partners and stakeholders.
  • The ability to analyze data and develop clear recommendations for business growth.
  • Knowledge of CRM best practice and mid-funnel engagement strategies.
