Delta Facilities Management delivers asset management, maintenance and construction services in some of Australia's most challenging environments. Our team thrives on the challenge of delivering projects safely.

The Position

  • Develop effective business relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Lead a team to achieve business objectives, promoting a safety-first culture.
  • Manage emergency, environmental and work health and safety requirements for the accommodation facility and its licensed area.
  • Manage staff and sub-contractors to deliver services including accommodation management, building maintenance and cleaning within budget and quality parameters.
  • Review policies and procedures relevant to site management.
  • Provide regular reports on a strict timeline.

The Person

  • Proven experience in site management, including soft and/or hard facilities management and/or accommodation management.
  • A proactive approach to managing the facility and its licensed area.
  • Leadership and people management experience.
  • Ability to follow processes and procedures to achieve contract compliance.
  • Well-developed interpersonal skills, including report writing competencies and computer literacy.
