Job Title

A key role exists for an experienced Site Manager to oversee the operations of a major facility.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to lead and manage a team responsible for delivering various services including accommodation management, building maintenance, and cleaning. The successful candidate will be accountable for ensuring the efficient delivery of these services within budget and quality parameters.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain effective business relationships with clients and customers.
  • Provide leadership to your team to achieve business objectives, fostering a culture where safety is a core value.
  • Manage the delivery of Emergency, Environmental and Work Health and Safety requirements of the Accommodation facility and its licensed area.
  • Manage staff and sub-contractors to ensure operational delivery requirements are met.
  • Review policy and procedures as they pertain to site management.
  • Provide weekly and monthly reports on a strict timeline.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have proven operational experience in site management, including soft and/or hard facilities management and/or accommodation management. A hands-on and proactive approach to managing the facility and its licensed area is essential.

  • Proven leadership and people management experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to follow processes and procedures to achieve contract compliance.
  • Well-developed interpersonal skills, including report writing competencies, computer literacy, and the ability to maintain high customer service standards.
