This is a busy clinic in Caboolture, supported by a strong national group of practices across Queensland. The practice has three doctors and two part-time nurses. It's an exciting time to step into a thriving environment with the chance to build structure and team culture.
The RoleWe're seeking a Practice Manager who can balance leadership with a hands-on approach. In this role, you'll oversee clinic operations while also spending time on the front desk as a receptionist. It's ideal for someone who enjoys being in the thick of things, keeping close to staff and patients while maintaining operational oversight.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing clinic operations and KPIs while also supporting front desk duties
- Leading a small team of reception and nursing staff
- Handling rostering, staff accountability, and daily operational issues
- Building strong relationships with doctors and supporting their practice needs
- Creating a positive and well-organized clinic environment
- 5+ years in a similar Practice Manager or senior leadership role
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to manage busy clinics and support high-volume doctors
- Confident communication and leadership style
- Certificate IV in Practice Management preferred but not essential
- A fast-paced, busy environment with a supportive wider network
- A hands-on leadership role with strong team interaction
- Parking on-site and nearby, with amenities close by
- A full-time, on-site role with autonomy and backing from regional management
