Facilities Operations Director

We are seeking an experienced and proactive individual to lead the day-to-day operations of our facility.

This includes managing staff, maintaining relationships with clients, and overseeing the delivery of services such as Accommodation Management, Building Maintenance, and Cleaning.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in site management and be passionate about delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain effective business relationships with clients and customers
  • Provide leadership to your team, fostering a culture where safety is paramount
  • Manage the delivery of Emergency, Environmental and Work Health and Safety requirements
  • Oversee staff and sub-contractors to meet operational delivery requirements within quality parameters
  • Review policies and procedures related to site management
  • Deliver weekly reports on key performance indicators

As a Facilities Operations Director, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities.
