Customer Fairness Professional

This role involves ensuring that the organization delivers fair, efficient, and equitable outcomes for all customers.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Representing the organization at industry forums to promote its commitment to customer fairness
  • Collaborating with internal projects and working groups to drive change and improve processes related to potentially vulnerable customers
  • Reviewing and inputting into external submissions on behalf of the organization to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Supporting the Head of Conduct Culture and Customer Fairness in managing responses to possible systemic issues
  • Developing partnerships with key community and government organizations to provide support to customers experiencing vulnerability
  • Providing direct support to customers who are experiencing vulnerability, including referrals to community support and navigating the organization's processes and procedures
  • Identifying and raising policies and processes that need improvement or modification to better serve customers

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Bachelor's degree in a finance and/or business-related field with relevant experience in direct contact with consumers, particularly those experiencing complex vulnerability
  • Experience working in a community support organization is an advantage
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines and prioritize workload
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Good analytical and organizational skills
