Marketing Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Director to lead our brand's marketing initiatives and drive business growth.

  • Job Description:
  • Create and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth.
  • Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, content, PR, and events.
  • Analyse market trends, customer insights, and competitor analysis to refine marketing tactics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop compelling content strategies and manage the creation of marketing materials.
  • Maintain and enhance brand consistency across all customer touchpoints.
  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective brand messaging.
  • Oversight of media relations, PR initiatives, and partnerships to expand brand reach.

Data & Performance Analysis:

  • Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) for marketing campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Utilise data analytics to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts and provide regular performance reports to senior management.

Business Growth & Strategy:

  • Collaborate with leadership to define and refine business goals, ensuring marketing strategies align with long-term objectives.
  • Identify new market opportunities and develop go-to-market strategies for products and services.
  • Drive customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty programs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, strategy, or a related field.
  • Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven marketing and performance measurement.
