Job Title: Supply Chain Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supply Chain Operations Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing operational processes related to the flow of cargo through the international supply chain.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Managing the flow of Purchase Orders through international stream
  • Maintaining visibility reporting and monitoring Freight Forwarder KPIs
  • Identifying improvement opportunities to optimize the inbound supply chain
  • Supporting internal stakeholders with enquiries about logistics processes
  • Liasing with freight forwarders and ensuring smooth delivery of goods

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in International Logistics or Freight Forwarding, computer literacy (Intermediate level of MS Outlook, Word, and Excel), process improvement skills and excellent communication skills. They will also display initiative and personify the core behaviours of the organization.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in International Logistics or Freight Forwarding
  • Computer literacy (Intermediate level of MS Outlook, Word, and Excel)
  • Process improvement skills
  • Excellent communication skills
