About the Role

Our ideal candidate will oversee all aspects of the day-to-day operation of a physiotherapy practice, including administration duties such as rostering, training, debtor management, answering phones, scheduling bookings, processing payments, updating data, and general cleaning.

  • Oversight of daily operations
  • Administration duties, including rostering and training
  • Debtor management and financial tasks
  • Patient communication and customer service
  • Team support and leadership

The successful candidate will work closely with the Practice Leader and Admin 2IC to ensure every patient's expectations are exceeded.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage day-to-day operations
  2. Coordinate administration tasks
  3. Process debtor accounts and manage finances
  4. Provide exceptional patient care and customer service
  5. Support and lead team members

If you possess excellent organisational and problem-solving skills, outstanding people management skills, a strong work ethic, and excellent emotional intelligence, we would like to hear from you. Intermediate computer skills in MS Office and experience with medical software (Gensolve preferred) are also desirable.
