Operations Specialist Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Operations Specialist to champion exceptional customer service by ensuring stock is flawlessly presented. As an integral member of our team, you will support the operations manager in delivering our initiatives and drive operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Assist and support the store to deliver exceptional customer service by ensuring stock is well replenished and presented to the highest standard.
  • Operational Support: Collaborate with the management team to deliver our customer service initiatives and set areas of focus.
  • Stock Maintenance: Complete daily stock maintenance and all cyclical stock management processes.
Requirements
  • Proven Experience: Proven experience in managing high volumes of stock efficiently.
  • Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail, excellent multitasking skills, and proficient in time management.
  • Brand Knowledge: A thorough understanding and passion for our brands and products.
  • Safety and Hazard Management: Experience in cultivating a safe and hazard-free environment.
