About the Role

Ampol is seeking a seasoned Project Director to spearhead the implementation of a cutting-edge recruitment management system. This strategic initiative aims to revolutionize the company's talent acquisition processes, enhancing its ability to attract, engage, and hire top talent across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Execution: Develop and execute a comprehensive project plan, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery of the recruitment management system.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with HR leaders, IT teams, and external vendors to gather requirements, set expectations, and drive project success. Foster strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels to ensure alignment and address any concerns.
  • System Implementation: Oversee the implementation of the new recruitment management system, including configuration, data migration, and integration with existing HR systems. Ensure the system meets business requirements and supports efficient recruitment processes.
  • Change Management: Develop and execute a comprehensive change management plan to facilitate the smooth adoption of the new system. Provide training and support to end-users to ensure a successful transition.
  • Quality Assurance: Implement robust testing and quality assurance procedures to validate system functionality and performance. Address any issues promptly to ensure a high-quality user experience.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for enhancing the recruitment management system and processes. Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging technologies to drive ongoing improvements.
About You
  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrated experience managing large-scale technology implementation projects, ideally within an HR or recruitment context.
  • Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of recruitment management systems and their integration with other HR technologies. Familiarity with leading recruitment platforms is a plus.
  • Exceptional Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage stakeholders and influence outcomes.
  • Organizational Skills: Outstanding organizational and project management skills, with a track record of successfully balancing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to address challenges proactively and develop innovative solutions.
