**Day to Day, You Will**
- Inspire a team of creative professionals and foster a collaborate and innovative environment
- Develop and execute strategies that align with the client’s brand vision and objectives, ensuring consistency across all media platforms
- Drive the conceptualisation and execution of compelling visual and written content, including but not limited to advertising campaigns, digital media, video production, social media assets, and print materials
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements, goals, and target audiences, translating them into creative concepts and strategies
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and creative best practices, incorporating them into the creative process to maintain a competitive edge
- Foster strong relationships with internal and external partners, ensuring effective collaboration and successful project delivery

**Who Are You?**
- Proven experience in a creative role within the media industry
- Experience working across a diverse range of creative projects across different media channels
- Deep understanding of branding principles, storytelling, and visual communication, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics
- Ability to motivate and inspire creative teams to achieve their best work
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate creative concepts and strategies to both internal teams and clients
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- A forward-thinking mindset, with the ability to embrace and adapt to evolving media trends and technologies
- A passion for media, storytelling, and the ability to think outside the box to deliver engaging and impactful creative solutions
