**Role Overview**:
We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic **Coxswain / Pressure Cleaner** to join our nightshift operations. In this role, you will be responsible for operating marine vessels and performing pressure cleaning tasks to ensure the cleanliness and safety of our worksites. You will play a key role in maintaining high standards of presentation and service.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operate marine vessels safely and efficiently to travel between Russell, Maclaey, Karragarra, Lamb and North Stradbroke island to pressure wash the ferry terminals.
- Perform pressure cleaning of various surfaces, including public areas and facilities.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and operational procedures.
- Conduct pre-operation checks on equipment and report any maintenance needs.
- Collaborate with team members to complete tasks efficiently and effectively.
- Provide excellent customer service and respond to any inquiries or concerns.

**Qualifications**:

- Valid boat license / ability to upgrade to Coxswain grade 3.
- Experience navigating the SMBI region
- Valid Truck license (preferred)
- Previous experience in pressure cleaning is preferred.
- Strong understanding of safety protocols and regulations.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Mechanically minded with a focus on equipment maintenance.
- Reliability and punctuality are essential.

Pay: From $34.04 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Night shift
- Overtime
- Public holidays
- Shift work
- Weekend availability

Supplementary Pay:

- Overtime pay
- Penalty rates

**Experience**:

- boating in the SMBI region: 3 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Boat License OR Coxswain (required)
- MR or HR license (preferred)

Work Location: In person
