The Role

As a member of our Berkeley Vale team, you will play a key role in supporting production and operations at our manufacturing facility. Our team works together to ensure quality and safety are maximised in the process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Safely operate manufacturing equipment and maintain smooth line operations.
  • Move materials, receive goods, and maintain a clean and organised workspace.
  • Conduct basic troubleshooting and machine maintenance as required.

Shift Options

Our facility operates on various shifts, including:

  • Day shift: 7am-3pm
  • Afternoon shift: 3pm-11pm
  • Night shift: 11pm-7am

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Ability to follow instructions and procedures.
  • Strong focus, drive, and initiative.
  • Awareness and commitment to workplace safety.
  • Good physical health and ability to handle up to 25kg.
  • Strong team player with ability to work autonomously.

Advantageous Qualifications

  • Experience in FMCG or related industries.
  • Basic computer skills.
