Senior Business Analyst Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our project delivery lifecycle, you will play a critical role in delivering enterprise-scale projects and service improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Elicit, capture and document requirements across a diverse range of initiatives for multiple functions and business units;
  • Facilitate workshops, identify risks, issues and benefits of existing and proposed solutions and outlining business impacts;
  • Work closely with project teams and stakeholders across geographically and technically diverse environments;
  • Support the growth and development of capabilities within the architecture model;
  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships with clients and stakeholders;

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience with a minimum of 5 years as a business analyst within the ICT sector;
  • Effective communication and requirements-gathering skills;
  • Experience in business process improvements in complex environments and situations;
  • Able to effectively manage several competing project priorities simultaneously;
  • Customer-focused approach in formulating project solutions;
