Job Overview

Solution architects play a vital role in driving digital transformation across key infrastructure sectors. They focus on enterprise architecture and strategic solution design within the Electricity Networks program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain enterprise architecture frameworks using TOGAF ADM methodologies, ensuring effective alignment with business objectives.
  • Translate business goals into architecture strategies and roadmaps that meet organizational needs.
  • Lead architecture governance and ensure compliance with established standards and regulations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define target states and transition architectures that drive business success.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend adoption strategies that foster innovation and growth.
  • Present architecture recommendations to executive leadership, ensuring clear communication and stakeholder engagement.
  • Deliver iServer architecture viewpoints as part of solution outcomes, providing actionable insights for business decisions.
  • Contribute to cyber security assessments and information architecture reviews, ensuring a robust and secure IT environment.
  • Work closely with infrastructure teams to deliver integrated solutions that meet customer requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in enterprise or solution architecture, with a strong understanding of business, data, application, and technology domains.
  • Proven experience with ArchiMate modelling tools and their applications in enterprise architecture, including cloud platforms and modern integration patterns.
