We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Administration Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing client bookings, scheduling jobs, and ensuring the smooth operation of our construction sites.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Scheduling and Confirmation: Manage client bookings via our system, sending confirmation emails and coordinating job schedules.
  • Job Completion Process: Monitor job status, review photos, send completion notifications, and verify invoices.
  • Invoicing and Purchase Orders: Create and send invoices using our accounting software and reconcile Xero requests.
  • Hourly Time Records: Enter hours on a spreadsheet and process wages.
  • System and Process Management: Utilise our system, follow company procedures, and liaise with builders and supervisors.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A relevant degree or equivalent in administration or related skills.
  • Proven experience in administration roles, preferably in construction or services.
  • Familiarity with service management software, accounting software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organisational skills, and written communication skills.
