About The Role

We are seeking enthusiastic and service-oriented Customer Service Attendants to join our team at Triglav (St Johns Park) and Mekong (Cabramatta) venues. As the face of our front line, you will work across various areas, including bar, gaming, and concierge.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction targets
  • Provide information and assistance to customers on our products and services
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment
Requirements
  • Previous experience in hospitality or a customer-related role
  • Possess a passion for delivering excellent customer service
  • Impeccable grooming, presentation, and communication skills
  • A willingness to build long-term relationships with our customers
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Full availability and flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including days, nights, and weekends
  • Current NSW RSA and RCG
