We are seeking a dedicated Veterinary Nurse to join our close-knit team The ideal candidate will possess a strong passion for animal care, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

About Your New Role

  • A casual role with the potential for a permanent part-time position for the right candidate
  • No after-hours or Sundays
  • Undertaking general nursing duties including surgical and medical nursing, consult nursing, emergency and critical care, and pathology
  • Maintaining the overall hygiene of the clinic, including surgical areas and equipment

The Skills & Qualifications You Will Bring

  • Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing or equivalent with a minimum of 2+ years' clinical experience
  • Surgical experience with the ability to monitor anaesthetics competently is essential
  • Experience with team-based care highly regarded
  • Calm, mature, and empathetic
  • Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
  • Excellent communication skills with both clients and colleagues
