Company Overview: Pacific Health & Wellbeing is an allied health practice dedicated to providing high-quality services, focusing on mobile community, telehealth, and some in-clinic appointments. As a respected professional, you will join a team of experienced occupational therapists and speech pathologists.

Salary: The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary that aligns with experience, plus superannuation. Additionally, up to $3,500 relocation assistance is available through NT PHN.

Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Senior Speech Pathologist to take on a leadership role as a Team Leader. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing guidance and supervision to junior speech pathologists to enhance their clinical skills and knowledge.
  • Leading regular team check-ins, offering support, feedback, and promoting a positive influence.
  • Completing assessments and reports focused on goal-oriented life transitions.
  • Maintaining best practice standards for speech pathology services and contributing to the development of clinical practices and procedures.

Required Skills and Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you must possess:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Speech Pathology.
  • Significant experience as a Senior Speech Pathologist.
  • SPA Membership.
  • NDIS Disability Worker Screening clearance and Ochre Card or ability to obtain.
  • Current driver's license.
  • Excellent communication and computer literacy skills.
  • Fully vaccinated against Covid-19.
