Diverse Speech Pathologist – Northern Territory Opportunities

We are an allied health provider with a multidisciplinary team, offering in-clinic, telehealth and in-home services. Our experienced team provides comprehensive assessments and therapy to clients across Darwin & Katherine, as well as outreach options.
Salary and BenefitsA highly competitive base salary of ~ $125,000 (based on experience) is offered, along with:
- $3,500 relocation assistance through NT PHN
- Flexible working arrangements; negotiable hours

- In-house professional development
- Support to attend training and external courses with paid allowances or time off
- Eligibility for CPD grants through NT PHN
This role involves providing comprehensive assessments, reporting and ongoing therapy to a wide range of clients, both children and adults. You will ensure clients receive the highest possible level of individualised service, including home-based evaluations, recommendations, Allied Health Assistant program development and coordinating group therapy programs as appropriate.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor or Masters in Speech pathology
- Certified Practicing Speech Pathologist with Speech Pathology Australia or be eligible to obtain Certified Practicing Speech Pathology Status
- RAR will pay any fees for ongoing Professional Indemnity registration, providing you obtain membership with your professional industry associations
- Passionate about delivering high-level support to all clients
- Exceptional communication skills
- Ability to develop and grow genuine relationships with clients and team members
- Personal integrity
- Superior time management
A current, unrestricted drivers license and access to reliable private transport will be essential. NT PHN/RWA NT may offer relocation support and clinical educational financial assistance to health professionals relocating to the NT or moving within the NT to a greater remoteness area classification for employment and further clinical education.
