  • Employability Enhancement: Referring participants to support services and training to enhance their employability
  • In-Employment Support: Providing ongoing support to sustain employment
  • Marketing Skills: Promoting participants' skills to prospective employers
  • Performance Management: Achieving program performance and quality benchmarks
  • Record Keeping: Maintaining detailed and accurate records, adhering to all compliance requirements
  • Community Engagement: Participating in local community activities to promote services

We are looking for individuals who possess:
