Domestic Execution Role

The key responsibility of this position is to oversee the timely processing of shipments, create export packing orders and assist with the preparation of draft export documents.

This role requires a high level of administrative proficiency, thorough understanding of export documentation and the ability to work effectively within a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Documentation support for efficient shipment processing
  • Export packing order creation and data entry of container and seal information
  • Packing order preparation for shipments
  • Customs RFP/EDN acquisition
  • Assistance in preparing draft export documents including invoices, packing lists and certificates of origin
  • Submission of data to shipping lines for draft bills of lading
  • Team assistance where required
  • Export documentation review
  • Filing
Requirements:
  • Thorough knowledge of export documentation
  • Commodities experience
  • Ability to work within a collaborative team environment
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
  • Previous administration experience
  • Effective interaction with employees, customers and third parties
