Boilermaker Team Leader

We are seeking a skilled Boilermaker Supervisor to lead and guide a team of tradespeople and apprentices in delivering safe, high-quality work across fabrication and maintenance projects.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and supervise boilermakers and apprentices to ensure project delivery meets client expectations.
  • Site Supervision: Oversee fabrication, welding, and installation work to meet engineering specs, quality standards, and client requirements.
  • Quality Assurance & Technical Oversight: Drive continuous improvement in quality assurance and resolve technical issues or non-conformances proactively.
  • Client Liaison & Communication; Maintain strong communication with clients and stakeholders, providing regular updates and ensuring expectations are met.
  • Workplace Safety & Compliance: Promote and enforce a safety-first culture in compliance with WHS policies.
  • Equipment Management: Manage tools, equipment, and inventory to support efficient project execution and cost control.
  • Reporting & Documentation: Ensure accurate documentation, reporting, and support for operational reviews and ongoing improvements.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 3 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
  • An Australian Driver's license C Class.
  • High Risk LF, EWP License.
  • Confined Space Ticket & Working at Heights Ticket.
  • Proven ability to manage projects in mining or heavy industrial settings.
  • National Police Clearance.
  • Medical and drug/alcohol screening.
