HR Systems Consultant: Expertise in SAP SuccessFactors

About the RoleThis position requires a seasoned professional with expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, including experience in mentoring junior consultants, creating high-quality demonstrations, and analyzing clients' business requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Mentor junior consultants on projects and implementations
- Create and deliver high-quality demonstrations and presentations
- Gather and analyze clients' business requirements and objectives
- Develop system configurations to satisfy clients' needs and increase their knowledge
- Adhere to software implementation standards and best practices
- Troubleshoot and resolve defects assigned
- Assist with preparation of training materials and teach customers how to utilize the system
- Work with project managers to ensure project stays within budget
- Accurately track and report time and expenses
- Participate in weekly internal meetings
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Business, or 3-5 years of implementation experience
- Certification in 2 or more SuccessFactors modules. Experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
- 5-10 years SuccessFactors consultant experience and 5-10 years HR business experience or familiarity with key Human Resource functions and concepts
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Expertise in various SuccessFactors modules and SAP software
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite products
- Completion of multiple SuccessFactors or related projects
- Analytical and solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to solve complex problems
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to build personal relationships with clients and peers by inspiring and motivating others
