Resident Services Coordinator

We are seeking Resident Support Officers to support residents and provide a safe and enjoyable experience while studying in a major local university.
Key Responsibilities:- Engage with residents in a positive and friendly manner
- Conduct general night manager/concierge duties
- Manage incidents and report on safety and wellbeing of residents
- Perform regular foot patrols
- Complete administration tasks and respond to student enquiries and needs
- Current Security License or willingness to obtain
- Current First Aid Certificate/CPR
- Mental Health First Aid desirable but not essential
- Current Working with Children Check (WWCC)
- Good risk management and sound decision-making skills
- Superior interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication and computer knowledge including report writing skills
- Health and wellbeing qualifications advantageous but not essential
- Current National Police Check
This role offers an excellent opportunity for people to look at a change in career, utilising their human service and welfare skills whilst engaging with residents to enhance their experience.
Extensive training is provided, and we expect our staff to have the highest levels of personal presentation and grooming, as well as a positive attitude and dedication to providing exceptional wellbeing and support for our clients.
