Asset Management Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Asset Management Coordinator to develop and coordinate our Asset Management functions.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with project management of asset improvement programs, including arranging meetings, managing communications, stakeholder management, program development, and reporting.
  • Develop and approve key asset management system documentation.
  • Support the development, management, and maintenance of asset management plans and related documents for all asset classes.
  • Manage and maintain asset management data, standards, and processes for all asset classes.
  • Contribute to the development and coordination of new, renewal, and upgrade asset programs.

Requirements:

  • A relevant qualification in information technology or a relevant discipline is desirable.
  • Demonstrated understanding of asset management principles and knowledge.
  • Experience in gathering, analysing, and recommending asset management standards, process flow, data needs, and reporting requirements.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare high-quality reports.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate and work productively with stakeholders at all levels.
