Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Sales Manager to oversee sales and customer service at our location. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the site, providing sales support, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences.

  • Manage and oversee your designated centre, maintaining a welcoming and organized environment.
  • Take customer sales calls, addressing their needs and concerns with professionalism and enthusiasm.
  • Provide excellent customer service, handling enquiries, and supporting customers with enrolments and access to online systems.
  • Conduct general administration tasks related to sales and customer service, ensuring seamless interactions with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Maintain the centre's appearance, presenting our brand in the best possible light to current and prospective customers.
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve shift objectives and complete allocated tasks.
Requirements
  • Prior experience in sales and customer support is essential.
  • A genuine, friendly, and vibrant personality with a love of sales and meeting customer needs.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with attention to detail and effective communication.
  • A high level of proficiency using office productivity software and ability to obtain a current Working with Children Check or equivalent.
Desirable Qualifications
  • Proficiency in English and Mandarin.
  • Previous sales and customer service experience.
